At Penfield, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If your outdoor gear isn't the right fit, you can return unworn items with original tags within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all original tags and labels are still attached to the garments.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
